Job Overview

The IT Systems Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent systems and automation tools that enhance productivity, efficiency, and user experience across corporate IT services.

This role plays a key part in advancing AI and automation initiatives, particularly through the configuration, customization, and integration of Moveworks and other automation tools such as Copilot Studio, OpenAI Developer Platform and Microsoft’s Power Platform. The successful candidate will help build smart, scalable solutions that transform how employees interact with IT services and connected corporate systems.

What the job is all about
  • Design, build, and implement automation solutions within the Moveworks platform to streamline enterprise workflows.
  • Develop, test, and deploy custom Moveworks skills, integrations, and conversational experiences aligned with business needs, ensuring solutions remain adaptable as AI automation platforms evolve.
  • Identify opportunities to expand automation capabilities across all departments, translating requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Integrate Moveworks with all enterprise SaaS platforms through APIs, scripting, and system connectors.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize performance, automation accuracy, and user experience using data‑driven insights.
  • Design, build, and maintain backend systems, scripts, and integrations that support operations and automation goals.
  • Develop internal tools and dashboards that improve visibility, reporting, and decision‑making.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to Ross Video’s IT governance, cybersecurity, and privacy standards.
  • Produce clear, thorough documentation of system architecture, integrations, workflows and configuration changes for cross‑team use.
  • Support change management processes and coordinate deployment schedules with operational teams.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to align automation initiatives with business objectives.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and the evolution of Ross Video’s digital workplace strategy, including the evaluation of emerging AI and automation technologies.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, automation, and enterprise IT technologies.
Who you are
  • Degree or diploma in Software Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in systems development, automation engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with scripting and automation languages such as Python, PowerShell, C++ or Rust.
  • Experience integrating systems using REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
  • Experience working with LLM‑based generative systems and agentic architectures, including planning, tool execution, verification and autonomous workflow design.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain secure and scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Moveworks or comparable enterprise AI systems.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, or visualization tools to track automation performance.
  • Familiarity with Azure, Graph API, and modern identity management frameworks.
  • Understanding of data privacy, security, and governance practices related to AI‑driven tools and enterprise automation.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms and enterprise SaaS applications.
