Position: Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sets of financial statements for both internal and external users, including related notes
• Responsible for initial preparation of financial reporting packages, and operational analysis for a portfolio of real estate investment funds
• Prepare monthly working paper files and year-end audit working paper files within scheduled deadlines
• Act as a key liaison for management requests for detailed information about Funds
• Maintain financial records for investment funds and development properties
• Monitor cashflow activities and prepare distribution analysis
• Assist in preparation of forecasts, and other projections
• Complete any other special projects for internal & external reporting purposes as required

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of public accounting or related financial reporting and analysis experience
• CPA designation
• Experience with formal IFRS and/or US GAAP financial statements
• Real estate or investment company experience is preferred
• Experience in equity accounting and multiple entity consolidation preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time management skills required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
• Strong organization skills and detail oriented
• Individual must be motivated, deadline-oriented and work well with others
• Resourceful, able to solve problems and work independently
