Qualifications

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Associates Degree or Higher relevant to facility maintenance preferred.
• 5-7 years' experience in maintenance with at least 3 years managing or supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Directs and assigns work; monitors performance of Engineering & Maintenance associates.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing maintenance budgets and scheduling expenditures.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and PSM regulations.

Skills

Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance principles

Ability to manage employees and contractors

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively

High sense of urgency in meeting objectives

Education

High School diploma or GED

Associates Degree or Higher in relevant field

CMRP certification

Tools

Microsoft Office including Excel
