Position Overview

Our Customer Success Digital Transformation team works on highly visible and cross-functional projects to drive strategic outcomes for our customers and business stakeholders alike. We act as a central program and project management office (PMO) for digital initiatives in the world of Customer Success.
In this role, you will support digital programs for customer success management platforms and experiences, ensuring that projects are executed successfully. You will perform a wide range of tasks to drive overall implementation of learning program goals and objectives. You\'ll partner closely with the VP of Customer Success Management at Autodesk, field teams, tech partners, and enablement leads. In addition, you will facilitate operational efficiency, organizational alignment, and internal communications.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
