Overview

Senior DevOps Analyst - A leading financial services organization is seeking a Senior DevOps Analyst to join its Global Technology Services team. You\'ll play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and evolving mission-critical systems, driving innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead for specific systems, guiding junior team members.
• Oversee operational health, maintenance, and evolution of complex systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate resolution efforts, and participate in 24/7 production support.
• Drive adoption of modern technologies (cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools).
• Collaborate with Agile squads, Infrastructure teams, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting mission-critical applications.
• Proven experience leading operational tasks or projects.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Expert knowledge of Linux and Windows OS administration.
• Experience with Big Data technologies and modern DevOps practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of monitoring / logging tools (Splunk, Nagios, Dynatrace).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
