What is the opportunity?

RBC's Advice Centre Data Analytics team extracts powerful insights from comprehensive advice center datasets using advanced NLP, machine learning, and Generative AI. We build innovative services and products that transform advisor‑client interactions by mining conversation data, transaction patterns, and engagement metrics. This role focuses on developing AI‑powered data products and services. You'll create analytical solutions that optimize advice delivery and directly impact how millions of Canadians receive financial guidance.

What will you do?
  • Execute machine learning strategy and lead MLOps implementation
