Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering and maintaining data solutions in enterprise production environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects to completion.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern cloud-based data engineering frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform including native data services.
  • Deep knowledge of Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar enterprise data warehouses.
  • Extensive experience with Apache Airflow, DBT, Talend, or comparable orchestration and transformation tools.
  • Proven experience structuring data for Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
  • Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
  • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills with complex distributed systems.
  • Excellent ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade data pipelines.
  • Lead cloud data migration initiatives and architect cloud-based data infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines processing high-volume data.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs for data access and integration.
  • Engineer data solutions that power real-time and batch analytics.
  • Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Provide technical mentorship and establish best practices.
