What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive ownership of a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, managing risk identification, program execution, customer health, and retention/renewal
- Build and maintain relationships at all levels within customer accounts
- Communicate effectively with different audiences within customer accounts and the employer
- Design and execute compelling business reviews for executives, including ROI studies and configuration health reviews
- Ensure high health scores and provide opportunities for continuous growth aligned with customer strategic priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience managing large enterprise accounts and renewals in a senior role
- Technical background or previous experience as a Technical Account Manager or Sales Engineer
- Proven ability to build relationships across various audiences, including executive levels
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and help customers leverage the full value of the employer's solutions
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to influence change within complex customer organizations
