Responsibilities
  • Make data-driven recommendations to optimize the value of Procore for customers
  • Craft value-based presentations addressing customer business problems to accelerate platform adoption
  • Provide product roadmap and release updates to customers to maximize technology benefits
  • Serve as a technical account manager, ensuring high responsiveness and customer service
  • Mentor fellow team members and collaborate across the organization to develop best practices
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre-Sales
  • Strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s products and services
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtually
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a construction Project Manager, Site Super, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science
