Qualifications

• 15 years of prime contract administration experience within a large international engineering and construction firm is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a large integrated joint venture infrastructure project is an asset.
• Valid Class 5 license; clean abstract preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate significant contracts and contract modifications.
• Provide comprehensive contract reviews and legal advice.
• Draft, review, and execute subcontracts in collaboration with project teams.
• Monitor and maintain records of subcontractor claims.
