Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Facilitate learning sessions (virtual and in person) to support Compliance education and awareness.
  • Create and curate learning content, training scripts, PowerPoint presentations aligned with departmental objectives and regulatory requirements, .
  • Execute against the departmental learning plan, ensuring timely delivery of training initiatives.
  • Lead facilitation of learning programs and ensure alignment with governance standards.
  • Work independently as a subject matter expert, coaching and educating others.
  • Support governance processes for training programs, including compliance tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning content meets business needs and regulatory standards.
  • Participate fully as a team member, supporting a positive work environment and timely communication.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise and participate in knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Deliver compliance research, reporting, and advanced analysis; prepare summaries and presentations for stakeholders while ensuring risk management and regulatory alignment.
  • Coordinate and track compliance initiatives, lead work streams or projects, and recommend solutions for complex operational issues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert by overseeing end-to-end tasks, representing the group on initiatives, and staying current on emerging trends to drive performance.
  • Contribute to various activities and processes as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Relevant professional designations and/or certifications as requested.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including Training or Learning support / facilitation
  • Experience with Articulate 360 or similar tool, Adobe Premiere Pro
