What it’s like to be a Northbridge Senior Claims Investigator

As a Senior Claims Investigator, you will play a critical role in protecting our operational and financial interests. You will lead investigations into allegations, irregularities and potentially fraudulent activities of moderate complexity, ensuring accuracy and integrity in every case.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, presenting findings to Claims Management, Executive Leadership, legal authorities, and industry agencies. This is an opportunity to combine investigative expertise with exceptional customer service while working in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct thorough investigations into complex fraudulent cases.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret evidence and relevant information.
  • Prepare and present findings to internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage a dynamic workload effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Deliver industry-leading service aligned with investigative st practices.

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary above or below this range based on a candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience relative the role's requirements. We encourage candidates with expectations outside of this range to apply, as we value finding the right fit for the team.

  • Investigating fraudulent cases
  • Identifying, and analyzing relevant evidence and other information
  • Presenting findings to groups of Claims Professionals
  • Providing extreme details on findings
  • Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule
You have:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry
  • Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
  • Completed or working towards the CIP designation an asset
  • Completed Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) or willingness to take it
  • In-depth knowledge of claims and adjusting practices, especially Commercial Auto, Property Damage and Transportation & Logistics
  • Strong experience with MS Office in particular ability to create dynamic presentations using MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Bilingual in French/English is an asset
