• Experience working in a hotel/banquet/fine dining preferred.
• Experience as a Food Nutrition and Support Manager preferred.
• Experience in preparing specialized and textured diets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Dietitian to prepare appropriate menus for the residents.
• Lead the kitchen in preparing the main meals.
• Order all food and supplies for the kitchen.
• Monitor food costs and maintain a budget.
• Ensure safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen.
• Request feedback from the residents about food preferences.
• Prepare specialized and textured diets.
