A luxury elderly care provider based in Quebec is looking for a Senior Care Assistant to support high standards of personal care for residents. Responsibilities include monitoring wellbeing, managing care plans, and acting as a contact point with families and healthcare professionals. Candidates should possess an NVQ 3 or equivalent, have at least 2 years of experience in a care environment, and demonstrate effective communication and positive attitude. Both day and night shifts are available on a fixed-term contract.

As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities will include monitoring resident wellbeing, being involved in care planning, supporting with medication, and undertaking staff supervisions.
