Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive our expansion and revenue growth across key regions in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a solid track record in acquiring new clients (hunting) while maximizing value from existing portfolios (farming).

The successful candidate will focus on expanding our Introducing Broker (IB) network, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering consistent performance in a competitive trading landscape.

What will you do :
  • Strategic Growth & Market Penetration : Execute business development strategies aimed at increasing market share, with a core focus on new client acquisition, IB recruitment, and partner onboarding.
  • Hunting New Business : Proactively source and engage new IBs, affiliates, partners, and retail clients. Build a strong pipeline, manage conversion cycles, and meet defined revenue targets.
  • Farming Existing Portfolios : Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and partners, driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth through enhanced service and upsell opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnerships : Cultivate strong relationships with financial institutions, trading educators, fintech communities, and affiliate partners to strengthen brand reach and expand client acquisition channels.
  • Revenue Generation & Forecasting : Maintain ownership of personal revenue targets and contribute to regional business goals through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and cost-efficiency.
  • Marketing Collaboration : Coordinate with marketing teams to deliver regionally tailored campaigns, promotions, and client engagement initiatives that support acquisition and retention objectives.
  • Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure all business development activities are aligned with regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
  • Market Intelligence : Monitor competitor activity, client feedback, and market trends to continuously refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Brand Representation : Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and professional forums to enhance visibility and credibility in the market.
Who are we looking for :
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the FX & CFDs brokerage industry.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition (hunting) and portfolio growth (farming).
  • Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4 / MT5), financial products, and regional regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven, and able to work independently to meet targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to speak fluent English is a MUST.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages relevant to target markets.
