Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate in-house teams and external consultants on complex projects.
• Oversee construction review and contract administration phases.
• Contribute to refining and improving office policies, procedures, and systems.

Must-haves:

• Architecture degree.
• Licensed member of the Ontario Association of Architects (or another provincial association).
• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience.
• Strong design, technical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CAD and Revit.
• Extensive knowledge of local construction systems, detailing, and sustainable design integration.
• Experience navigating city development and permit processes.

Nice-to-haves:

• LEED, WELL, or other sustainability certifications.
• Ability to work in French.
• Experience working in a collaborative studio environment.

Remote/Hybrid: This role is based in Ottawa, ON, 3-5 days in office, flexible.
