Job Title: Senior Application User Acceptance Test Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Duration: 9 + Months

Daily Responsibilities:

• Translating business requirements into test cases and executing them in the testing environment.
• Running manual tests to identify defects, document results, and publish findings to SharePoint.
• Communicating bugs to the team, walk through test scenarios with colleagues to validate coverage, and collaborate with the Operational Risk Management and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Maintaining consistent communication with project and business teams while ensuring tests cover all essential functionalities and business objectives.

Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in user acceptance testing, quality assurance, or a related field. Experience in senior or lead roles is preferred.
• Proven ability to identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and compatibility issues.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to analyze complex business and technical requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in testing and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
• Strong data analytical skills and experience with SQL to identify gaps in data migration process.

Nice to have skills:

• Strong working knowledge of Operational Risk Management concepts and processes.
• Experience with operating in an Agile environment.
• Experience with Python Scripting.
