As a Senior Analyst, Tax [Research & Development and Government Incentives] your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare complex SR&ED claims and coordinate with cross-functional client teams to gather all required costing information.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify eligible expenditures and streamline the claim preparation process.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; lead eligibility meetings and oversee financial components, including costing summaries and completion of SR&ED schedules in corporate tax returns.
  • Provide guidance on SR&ED tax credits and related legislation, staying current on program updates and policy changes.
  • Assess client business processes and financial structures to improve compliance and maximize available tax credits.
  • May represent clients during CRA and provincial reviews, prepare documentation packages and responses.

Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors—your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity. The current salary range for this role is $70,100–$96,450 in Toronto. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
