What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Establish and maintain Scrum practices across teams, including defining roles and refining Product Backlogs
- Facilitate key Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Sprint Retrospective
- Collaborate with Product Owners to enhance backlog clarity and prioritize value delivery
- Promote transparency and visibility of work, flow, and risks using Azure DevOps tools
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and remove impediments to ensure timely project delivery
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 7+ years of experience applying Scrum in complex, enterprise environments with multiple interdependent teams
- Proven track record in implementing Scrum practices that enhance planning reliability and increment quality
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management, reporting, and dashboarding
- Strong facilitation and conflict‑resolution skills to align diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic, outcome‑oriented focus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in coaching teams on Agile methodologies and practices
- Familiarity with data engineering and product management in a tech environment
- Knowledge of compliance and governance in data management contexts
- Previous roles in leadership or mentorship positions within Agile teams
