Covenant Health is hiring for a Senior Advisor, Digital Communications & Web Services to serve as an integral member of our team. This position reports to the Manager, Digital Comms & Web Services and involves providing leadership to the organization’s internal and external digital communications efforts. As the digital subject matter expert on key projects and initiatives, the position provides direction, planning, development, and implementation of technical solutions to support organizational priorities within Covenant’s digital ecosystem. Description:

This Senior Advisor position will provide operational and project leadership in driving the design & development of Covenant’s digital user experiences; Oversee the project management cycle for digital platforms; Lead and/or support the planning and implementation of digital solutions to maintain and enhance online technologies, products and assets, including websites, intranets, SharePoint and Teams sites. The incumbent will also adopt and champion a user-centered design approach to optimize digital products and solutions around the needs of internal and external stakeholders; Contribute to the development of digital governance processes; Monitor Covenant’s digital channels and products and enforce governance where necessary; Advise the team on using content management systems and ensure the standards and processes for publishing and web accessibility are met; Provide consultation and leadership to client areas, leaders, and colleagues to define requests, translating their communications and business goals into appropriate user-centric digital assets and experiences. This position will Work collaboratively with team members to develop digital products and implement digital communications strategies and/or tactics; Configure, maintain, and optimize various digital tools, including analytics, user behavior, site performance and optimization, web surveys, live chat, email and marketing automation software; Evaluate performance of digital platforms and assets in relation to goals and makes recommendations for continuous improvement; Translate analytics into tangible recommendations and meaningful actions to improve performance, user experience, findability, and searchability; Provide subject matter expertise to help build a data-driven digital team; Carry out other duties within the scope of this position. This position is non-unionized.

Required Qualifications

A degree or diploma in web development or design, computer sciences, information technology, business, digital marketing, communications, or related field. Minimum five years’ experience leading, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating digital solutions. Demonstrated experience with web design, front- and back-end development, and site management using content management systems. In-depth understanding and experience defining information architecture for content delivery within an ecosystem of websites, microsites, and intranets. Ability to create and/or adapt design, including wireframes and visual mock-ups. Ability to coordinate all phases of digital development, ensuring project alignment with business objectives. Comprehensive understanding of web-based communication principles and best practices. Proven experience working with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and other web analytics tools. Preferred Qualifications

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of digital project management methodologies. Understanding of digital tools for usability, accessibility, and behavioral tracking. Demonstrated understanding of emerging trends and application in digital communications and technology, particularly AI. Commitment to continuous quality improvement. Drupal, OpenText and SharePoint developer experience. Google Analytics certification. Healthcare and/or public sector environment experience.
