Qualifications

  • 4-7+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analyses.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies.
