Job summary

The LCBO in Ontario is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support store operations from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, greet customers, operate the POS system, and help ensure a memorable holiday shopping experience.

Training is provided online, and you’ll gain knowledge about wine, beer, cider and spirits while contributing to a fun, fast-paced retail team during peak season.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual English/French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system and provide outstanding service.
• Encourage donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products, keep store clean and safe.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs/18 kg while standing for long periods.
