Job summary

LCBO in Ontario is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for the holiday season (Nov 16 to Dec 31, 2026). You will work on-site in retail stores, handle POS transactions, assist customers with wine, beer, cider and spirits, and participate in campaigns to support sustainability and customer experience.

You will receive online training and be part of a team delivering memorable shopping experiences. You must be 18+, eligible to work in Canada, and bilingual ability is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual English and French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the POS/Cash system, delivering an outstanding experience.
• Ask for donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products, and keep the store clean and safe.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs/18 kg and stand for long periods.
