Job summary

LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, support customers at the POS, assist with donations, and participate in store campaigns while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Training is provided online to build customer service skills and knowledge of wine, beer, cider and spirits. Availability includes Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, with additional weekday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Able to operate POS/Cash system.
• Able to lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs) repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS/Cash system, ensuring an outstanding experience.
• Ask for donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face shelves, and keep the store clean, organized and safe.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs/18 kg and stand for long periods.
