Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support stores across Ontario during the peak season from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will be on-site, handling transactions, aiding customers, and promoting our Spirit of Sustainability program.

Training is provided online, and you will engage customers with knowledge of wines, beers, ciders and spirits while helping deliver a memorable holiday shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN/Work Permit/Student).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the POS/Cash system and ensure an outstanding experience.
• Participate in campaigns such as Spirit of Sustainability and Customer Experience surveys.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face products, keep the store clean and safe.
• Lift heavy cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg while standing for long periods.
