Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will help customers, operate our POS system, and contribute to a positive in-store experience during the holiday season.

Successful candidates will complete paid online training and may support campaigns, inventory, and shelf presentation while ensuring store safety and order. Bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in Canada (SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• At least 18 years old.
• Bilingual English/French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the POS/Cash system to provide an outstanding shopping experience.
• Encourage donations for the Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Assist in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
