Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, assist customers at the POS, and participate in campaigns while receiving paid online training to build skills around wine, beer, cider and spirits.

Qualifications

• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, student or work permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.
• On-site availability during holiday period.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system to ensure a great experience.
• Assist with donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, and keep the store clean and safe.
