Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. On-site work, paid online training, and a chance to learn about wine, beer, cider and spirits to help customers during the holiday season.

You’ll report to the Store Manager, handle POS transactions, assist with inventory, and participate in sustainability campaigns while keeping the store clean and safe. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (valid SIN, student or work permit).
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs/18 kg and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS/Cash system, delivering outstanding service.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products, keep store clean and safe.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Ask for donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability.
