Job summary

The LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You’ll help customers, operate the POS system, and support store campaigns while building product knowledge in wine, beer and spirits.

This on-site role requires strong teamwork and a cheerful service mindset. Paid online training is provided, and there are opportunities for future seasonal or permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, student or work permit).
• Ability to stand and lift up to 40 lbs./18 kg during shifts.
• 18 years or older; bilingualism is a bonus (English/French).

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the POS, ensuring a great shopping experience.
• Participate in Spirit of Sustainability donations and customer surveys.
• Receive inventory, stock shelves, and keep areas clean and safe.
• Assist during busy holiday periods with flexible scheduling.
