Job summary

LCBO is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives for stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. On-site role with paid online training to build customer service skills and learn about wine, beer, cider and spirits, helping customers have a memorable holiday shopping experience.

You will serve customers at the POS, promote the Spirit of Sustainability donations, and participate in campaigns. Potential for additional shifts; 18+ required, English/French bonus.

Qualifications

• Comfortable supporting customers and working with teammates.
• Legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.
• Availability: Friday 5:00 p.m.– Close; Saturday and Sunday all day for 4–8 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure store is clean, organized and safe for all.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods of time.
