LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support our Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, assist customers at the POS, restock shelves, and participate in campaigns while enjoying paid online training and the chance to learn about wine, beer, cider and spirits.

Shifts require availability Fridays evenings, weekends, and holiday periods. Candidates must be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and bilingualism is a bonus.

Formación

• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Fluency in English; bilingualism in French is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system, ensuring an outstanding experience.
• Ask for donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face products on shelves and keep the store clean and safe.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs repeatedly while standing for long periods.
