Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. The role involves on-site work, assisting customers at the register, stocking shelves, and supporting store operations to ensure a positive holiday shopping experience.

You will participate in online training, learn about wine, beer, cider and spirits, and help deliver memorable customer service across our retail network.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, helpful service to customers in a retail setting.
• Ability to work on-site and stand for long periods while lifting up to 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (SIN, student permit or work permit).

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system to ensure a great experience.
• Encourage donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
