Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, assist customers, process transactions, support campaigns, and help maintain store presentation during the holiday period.

Candidates should be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and enjoy teamwork. English/French bilinguals are a bonus. Shifts include Fri evenings and weekends; timelines may extend with store needs.

Qualifications

• Comfortable supporting customers and teammates.
• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN, student, or work permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and keep the store clean, organized and safe.
