Job summary

The LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support customers across Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, help customers at the POS, and participate in campaigns designed to elevate the shopping experience.

Paid online training will welcome you to the world of wine, beer, cider and spirits, enabling confident recommendations and service. You’ll join a team that values safety, inventory accuracy and friendly, helpful service.

Qualifications

• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, Student or Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS/Cash system, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and keep store clean, organized and safe.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs/18 kg repeatedly while standing for long periods.
