Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. on-site position reporting to the Store Manager.

Duties include serving customers at the POS, handling donations for the Spirit of Sustainability campaign, stocking and merchandising, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Training is provided to build product knowledge of wine, beer, cider and spirits.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Able to lift 40 lbs./18 kg and be physically able to stand for long periods.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada (valid SIN, student or work permit).
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the POS/Cash system to deliver outstanding service.
• Promote donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products and keep the store clean and safe.
• Assist with holiday season campaigns and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
