Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) seeks Holiday Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional service in Ontario retail stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. On-site role reporting to the Store Manager, you will help customers, handle transactions, and engage in seasonal campaigns.

Respondents will participate in paid online training, with duties including stocking, inventory checks, and ensuring a safe, organized store environment during the busy holiday period.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (SIN/Work Permit).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS/Cash system to ensure a great in-store experience.
• Ask for donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face products on shelves, and keep the store clean and safe.
• Lift cases of various sizes up to 40 lbs repeatedly while standing for long periods.
