Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will greet customers and operate the POS system to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

You will stock shelves, assist with donations and survey campaigns, and participate in holiday promotions. You must be 18+, legally allowed to work in Canada, and bilingualism is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, student, or work permit).
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our POS system, ensuring an outstanding experience.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves, and keep the store clean and safe.
• Participate in donation campaigns and customer surveys; assist with holiday promotions.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
