Job summary

LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. On-site roles include serving customers at the POS, supporting store operations, and helping shoppers during the holiday rush.

You will receive paid online training to grow customer service skills and learn about wine, beer, cider and spirits. You must be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, with English/French as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Comfortable assisting customers and working with teammates.
• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, student, or work permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual English and French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system, ensuring an outstanding experience.
• Invite donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face products on shelves, and keep the store clean and safe.
• Lift heavy items up to 40 lbs./18 kg and stand for long periods.
