Job summary

LCBO in Ontario is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives to staff stores on-site from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will assist customers at the POS, handle donations, and support campaigns while stocking shelves and keeping the store tidy and safe.

You must be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and bilingualism is a bonus. Training is provided online, with weekend and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to handle POS/Cash transactions accurately.
• Must be comfortable working with teammates and customers.
• Bilingual English/French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/cash system to ensure a great experience.
• Receive inventory and replenish stock on the shelves.
• Face-up products and keep the store clean and safe.
• Assist with donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability.
• Participate in customer surveys and campaigns.
