Job summary

LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, assist customers at the POS, participate in campaigns, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

This seasonal role offers paid online training and the chance to learn about wine, beer, cider and spirits while delivering memorable shopping experiences. You must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada; English/French bilingualism is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure the store is clean, organized and safe.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg repeatedly while standing for long periods.
