Job summary

The LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, handle POS transactions, assist customers with product knowledge, and contribute to store campaigns during the busy holiday season.

Eligible applicants must be 18+, legally able to work in Canada, and may benefit from bilingual English/French skills. Training is online, with opportunities to learn about wine, beer, cider and spirits.

Qualifications

• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, Student or Work Permit)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves
• Keep the store clean, organized and safe for all
• Support Spirit of Sustainability donations and surveys
