Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to staff retail stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, assist customers at the POS, stock shelves, and participate in campaigns like Spirit of Sustainability.

You must be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and bilingual English/French is a plus. Availability includes Fridays after 5pm, weekends, and the key holiday dates; training is provided online, and

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN, student, or work permit).
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs/18 kg and stand for long periods.
• Available Fridays after 5:00 p.m., weekends, and key holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the POS with accuracy and courtesy.
• Replenish stock, face products, and maintain store safety.
• Participate in campaigns and complete online training.
• Assist with donations and surveys as part of campaigns.
• Support during holiday peak shopping periods.
