Job summary

LCBO in Ottawa is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. On-site roles involve helping customers at the POS, stocking shelves, and participating in seasonal campaigns.

Paid online training will help you learn product knowledge across wine, beer, cider and spirits. We welcome friendly, collaborative individuals who are legally eligible to work in Canada, are at least 18, and enjoy dynamic retail environments.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to work with teammates
• Legally eligible to work in Canada (SIN, student, or work permit)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS/Cash system
• Receive inventory and replenish stock
• Face up products on shelves and keep the store clean and safe
• Participate in campaigns and surveys
• Lift up to 40 lbs./18 kg and stand for long periods
