Job summary

The LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for store locations across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will complete paid online training and help customers with wine, beer, cider and spirits selections during the holiday season.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will operate the POS system, stock shelves, assist with campaigns, and ensure a clean, safe store environment while supporting customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in Canada (SIN, student or work permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual English/French is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system, ensuring a great experience.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, and keep shelves organized and safe.
• Participate in Spirit of Sustainability donation campaigns and surveys.
• Lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs while standing for long periods.
