LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. The role is on-site, involves delivering exceptional customer experiences during the holiday season, and includes paid online training to build skills in wine, beer, cider and spirits.

You will assist customers at the POS, participate in campaigns, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, safe store environment while standing for long periods and lifting

Qualifikationen

• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Serve customers using the POS system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods of time.
• Support holiday campaigns and store activities as needed.
