Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores from Nov 16 to Dec 31, 2026. On-site role providing excellent customer experiences, processing transactions and supporting campaigns.

You will handle inventory, assist with donations for sustainability, and participate in surveys while ensuring a clean, safe store. Must be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and available for holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, work permit or student status).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability on Fridays evenings and weekends/holidays.
• Bilingualism is a bonus (English + French).

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly.
• Ask for donations as part of the Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves, keep store clean and safe.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg repeatedly while standing.
