Job summary

LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support our retail stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will help customers, manage the POS system, and contribute to seasonal campaigns while gaining experience with wine, beer, cider and spirits.

This on-site role includes training, flexible weekend hours, and potential for additional shifts based on store needs during the holiday period.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Canada (e.g., SIN, Study Permit, or Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the POS/Cash system and ensure a positive experience.
• Encourage donations as part of the Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, restock shelves, and keep the store clean, organized and safe.
• Lift and move cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg while standing for extended periods.
