What are we hiring for in our stores?

We are hiring seasonal Visual Merchandisers to bring our brand to life by styling mannequins, creating eye-catching displays, and keeping presentations fresh as product flows. You’ll arrange props, place signage, and partner across teams to execute impactful visuals that drive sales — all while maintaining high standards, staying on-brand, and ensuring a seamless, inspiring store experience.

What you will be doing

• Style and dress mannequins and/or hard goods presentation per Holt Renfrew guidelines
• Sourcing and implementing appropriate materials and props
• Adhere to corporate guidelines, standards and directives
• Partner with various departments to execute visual initiatives
• Re-work presentations as merchandise sells down or consolidations arrive, ensuring new receipts are present to maximize impact
• Rotate aged stock into blends to assist in driving sell-through
• Orchestrate placement of signage
• Work with external vendor specialists in merchant designated areas/departments
• Ensure established visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store interiors and windows
• Properly maintain the visual stockroom & visual merchandising collateral
• Respect merchandise protection standards and inventory requirements when selecting and returning merchandise for presentations
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cybersecurity measures

Requirements

• Previous Visual Merchandising experience is an asset
• Related fashion school and/or Visual Merchandising courses/diploma is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., stand for periods of time, use ladders in a safe manner and move about the store
• Ability to work as a team
• Availability for a variety of shifts during weekdays, evenings, weekends from October 20 – January 10
