What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding individual needs and recommending appropriate products and services
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects
  • Provide timely, accurate, and friendly service to clients on matters such as policy changes, eligibility, claims, coverage details, and billing
  • Work closely with the agent to set and achieve sales and marketing goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous sales experience (retail, inside or outside sales, telemarketing, etc.) is an asset
  • A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — written, verbal, and listening
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a genuine passion for customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with ease and professionalism
  • Confident in presenting to individuals or groups
  • Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required for interview (must be willing to obtain if hired)
