We are growing and searching for a Sales & Reception Coordinator (called "Client Care Coordinator" internally) to join our Client Care team! In this role, you will be in a patient-facing administrative role and will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic, ensuring a positive patient experience, and driving sales of our products and services.

This is a temporary, part-time (3 days per week) 7 month contract position based onsite at our Lethbridge, AB HearCANADA Clinic. Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.

What You39;ll Do
  • Lead patient engagement activities and ensure a positive patient experience by acting as the first point of contact for patients visiting or contacting the clinic
  • Manage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow-up on missed appointments or with appointment reminders
  • Making product and payment recommendations to enhance the patient journey
  • Support with maintaining physical and electronic records
  • Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and product questions
  • Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding and networking within the local community
  • Educate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR duties as assigned
What We39;re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - you have worked in sales, retail, a busy office, or a clinic environment and are comfortable interacting with customers
  • Sales acumen - experience recommending products or in retail is strongly preferred
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver7;s license - some local travel (mileage compensated) will be required
  • Customer-centric attitude - you are comfortable interacting with diverse patient groups and networking within the community to position HearCANADA as Richmond's number one choice for hearing care services
  • Team-player - you work well with others and appreciate what can be accomplished with support from colleagues
  • Willingness to participate i some local travel - access to a car and a valid driver7;s license is strongly preferred as some travel will be expected within the assigned region (mileage paid) for community events and marketing initiatives
